The Somali Rowing and Canoe Federation successfully sent a selected national team delegation to Angola to participate in International Technical Official (ITO) training. This capacity-building initiative aimed to enhance technical knowledge, officiating standards, and international exposure for Somali canoeing officials. The training strengthened the federation’s institutional capacity, promoted skills transfer, and contributed to the development of qualified technical personnel who will support the growth and professionalism of canoeing in Somalia
